How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping time worldwide is usually 5-15 business days, depending on where you are in the world. We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours.

Where is my order?

Most likely, your item is now on its way to you. You should receive an email with your tracking number after completing your order. You should receive an email with tracking information within 3 working days of placing your order. If you didn't receive a tracking link, please contact us at info@thecapitalist.store and we'll help locate these details.

I need to change my address

Once an order has been placed, it is processed within 24 hours of being received (excluding weekends). After this point we are unable to make any changes to an address. Email us on info@thecapitalist.store as soon as possible if you want the address to be changed.

I want to change my order

Send us an email as soon as possible on info@thecapitalist.store. Changes to your order are unable to be made once your order has been fulfilled.

You sent me the wrong item or an item is missing.

If there has been an error in your order, please contact us via info@thecapitalist.com and we will send out the correct item you ordered along with a return slip + courier bag for you to return any incorrect items. Please, always mention your order number.

If there is one or more items missing, it is probably because your order is being fulfilled in multiple parts. Our supplier sometimes sends the goods separately in order to deliver what is ready faster. If this is your case, just wait some extra 3-5 days. Should you still not have received your items, you can contact info@thecapitalist.store. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unhappy with your purchase? No worries! You can return it for a refund within 30 days of placing your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them, i.e. not damaged. The refund is the full cost of the products being returned, excluding shipping. The postage costs incurred returning the item to us, will not be refunded.
