As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.
This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality. The Capitalist Store is taking the necessary measures to take great care of both the customers and our employees.
We are facing challenges in our supply chain, with possible order fulfillment delays of 1-3weeks. As of June 11th 2020, our facilities are starting to return to its normal shipping flow, and we can expect to see a decrease in Europe delivery times soon. To compensate for these delays we are increasing the return limit to 60 days (instead of the usual 30).
All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol and work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package. Our suppliers are also taking the necessary measures to address safety and meet the hygiene standards required during this pandemic.
We are optimistic that things will, sooner or later, come back to normal.
